PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strongly join a label to the degree in which it does not peel off as long as force equivalent to one that breaks a tire is not applied, regardless of the weight of the label. SOLUTION: Cobalt 2 is sputtered on one surface of the label 1 made of polyester to form a coating film 3 and vulcanization is applied to the raw tire in the state wherein the cobalt coating film 3 is stuck on the surface of the raw tire.
