<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric material having a large crystal orientation degree and excellent thermoelectric characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: In a step (102) of adding single crystal fine particles of a magnetism subsequent to a step (step 101) of synthesizing thermoelectric material fine particles, single crystal fine particles of a paramagnetic body, single crystal fine particles of a ferroelectric body, and single crystal fine particles of a ferrimagnetic body, are used as single crystal fine particles of a magnetic body to be added, taking formation of an orientation thermoelectric material by a magnetic field into consideration. After that, a dispersion solution or aggregation of the thermoelectric fine particles is inserted into the magnetic field to form a molded body in which a direction where fine particles having anisotropic performance of a magnetization rate have a large magnetization rate is oriented to the direction of the applied magnetic field (steps 103, 104), the molded body is densely formed by thermal processing, and a bulk body having a large strength is formed (step 105). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
