PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a knee input energy of a rather small occupant only to a lower side energy-absorbing bracket. SOLUTION: The knee protector part structure is equipped with a lower side energy-absorbing bracket 13 capable of absorbing the knee input energy of the rather small occupant and an upper energy-absorbing bracket 14 capable of absorbing the knee input energy of the occupant having an average physique. The lower side energy-absorbing bracket 13 and the upper side energy-absorbing bracket 14 are connected between the input side end parts 18, 20 by a connecting bracket 21.
