PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure soundness of a standby onboard device body among duplicated onboard device bodies, for high reliability at switching of onboard device bodies. SOLUTION: A main system selecting circuit 23 comprises duplicated onboard device bodies 12A and 12B, and stores on/off information of a power source in a nonvolatile memory. Based on the on/off information of the power source which is stored in the nonvolatile memory, duplicated onboard device bodies are switched alternately, with one taken as a main system while the other as a slave system. An onboard member selecting circuit 24 connects the onboard device body of the main system which is selected by the main system selecting circuit 23 to an onboard member 13. An input/output selecting circuit 25 connects the onboard device body of the main system which is selected by the main system selecting circuit 23 to an external input/output device.
