PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general purpose balun at a low cost. SOLUTION: Central portion L11 of a line 131 becomes equivalent to a coil having a predetermined inductance. The ends L12 and L13 of a line 132 become equivalent to coils having a predetermined inductance, respectively. The end L12 of the line 132 and the central portion L11 of the line 131 are formed in parallel with each other while being apart by a distance K, thus forming a parallel coupled line. Right portion L14 of a line 133 becomes equivalent to a coil having a predetermined inductance. The right portion L14 of the line 133 and the end L13 of the line 132 are formed in parallel with each other while being apart by a distance J, thus forming a parallel coupled line.
