PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain characteristic deterioration due to resonation caused at a magnetic circuit. SOLUTION: While attaching an electromagnet block 2 and a fixed terminal block 3 on a base 1 made of synthetic resin, a card block 6 is attached to a yoke 34 of the electromagnet block 2. A state of forming a case (not shown) with one face open to be jointed to the base 1, is common to conventional examples, however, a short circuit means (a short circuit plate 7) for electrically short-circuiting a magnetic circuit containing an iron core 33 and a yoke 34 of the electromagnet block 2, is provided. Since the iron core 33 and the yoke 34 are electrically short-circuited by the short circuit plate 7, a resonance frequency of resonation is shifted to a high frequency side, so that, characteristic deterioration in a relatively lower frequency band can be restrained.
