A taping tape is provided, which is adhered in the state of adhering closely to the body and broadens the strip-shape piece in a free shape. A taping tape comprises: a base material(12) having elasticity; an adhesion layer formed in one side of the base material; and a plurality of slits(14) which are formed in the inner side of material in one-direction and are parallely arranged in a row. The end part of slit is bent along lateral skirts(12a,12b) toward the inner side of the base material.
