摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running torque regulation apparatus of rotary knob for mobile communication apparatus which does not stagnate compressed air in the rotary knob and which does not have possibility of coming off of the rotary knob by shock or the like. SOLUTION: In the running torque regulating apparatus of the rotary knob 6 for turning a rotary shaft 3a of a rotary electronic component 3 attached to a frame 2 in a case 1 and provided with a rotary shaft 3a projected to the outside of the case 1, a rubber elastic member 5 formed of: a tubular member 5a for penetrating the rotary shaft 3a; and a disc shape member 5b extended from the lower end of the tubular member 5a to the outside, is interposed between the frame 2 and the case 1. In this case, the rotation of the rubber elastic member 5 is stopped by a frictional force of the disc shape member 5b against the frame 2 or the case 1 while recesses and projections 5c are formed at least on one of the inner surface of the rotary knob 6 and the outer surface of the tubular member 5a of the rubber elastic member 5, and thereby the running torque is generated by a frictional force between the inner surface of the rotary knob 6 and the outer surface of the tubular member 5a of the rubber elastic member 5.
