Emission neutron detector has a collector and emitter, separated by insulating material, emitter is made from powder of hafnium dioxide, enclosed in metal shell, emitter shell has thickness from 0.14 mm to 0.20 mm, and weight of hafnium dioxide per 1 m sensitive part of detector is selected within range of 6.4 g to 7.1 g.EFFECT: technical result is high accuracy of monitoring density of neutron flux in a nuclear reactor.1 cl |
