According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cooling system for an electric vehicle includes: a cooling part including a power conversion component, a motor, a radiator, and an electronic water pump to cool the power conversion component; an air conditioning part interconnected with the cooling part to condition air in a vehicle; a temperature sensing part sensing the temperature of the air coming through the air conditioning part; a cooling water temperature sensing part sensing the temperature of cooling water flowing in the cooling part; and a cooling controller controlling the cooling of the cooling part by calculating a target air flow rate and a target cooling water flow rate. Therefore, the present invention is capable of increasing the lifespan and performance of power conversion components. |
