The present invention relates to a cooling and ventilating system in an electrical room in an engine room of a floating ocean facility structure to increase the inflow amount of outdoor air by forming a plurality of inlets to inpour the outdoor air and to continuously supply the outdoor air via another outdoor air inlet even if an outdoor inlet in which harmful gas is inpoured from one outdoor air inlet is closed. The cooling and ventilating system in the electrical room in the engine room of the floating ocean facility structure to store and produce a liquefied natural gas and a raw oil comprises: a first outdoor air inflow duct having a structure in which a first outdoor air inflow inlet is arranged on a main deck and installed on a side of the main deck and including a first outdoor air inlet; an air conditioner to receive the outdoor air by being connected to the first outdoor air inflow duct; a distribution duct individually connected to the electric room and connected to the supply line; an air supply line to connect the distribution duct and the air conditioning unit; an exhaust line individually connected to the electric room; a ventilation fan connected via one combination line connected to the ventilation line; an exhaust pipe connected to the exhaust fan and installed on the main deck; and a second outdoor air inflow duct having a structure in which a second outdoor air inlet is arranged on the main deck and installed on another side of the main deck.
