PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the development of a cathode peel-off of a film, and to suppress the temporal increase in an object areas for electric corrosion protection of a steel structure by providing the film which has oxygen permeating resistance and steam permeating resistance, and the cathode peel-off resistance under an electric corrosion protective condition. SOLUTION: A coating film which is <=15×10-15 mol/cm.sec in oxygen permeation velocity and <=5×10-12 mol/cm.sec water-vapor permeation velocity is preferably provided on a low alloy steel which contains 0.5-5% chromium, or further, to which at least one kind of 0.1-2% Mo and 0.1-1.5% Al is added. The coating includes tar-epoxy paint, normal temperature curable epoxy paint, chlorinated rubber paint, polyurethane paint, and urethane elastomer. The cathode peel-off of the coating film is prevented, the degradation of the coating film can be prevented, the increase in area of a part in which the film for the electric corrosion protection object is degraded is suppressed, and the cost for corrosion protection of a steel structure for a long time can be reduced. |
