PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic device that can restrain infringement of privacy by photographed images.SOLUTION: A photographic device 101 has a first determining unit 207 that determines whether or not any facial part of a person is included in an object to be photographed and a first acceptance unit 209 that refuses acceptance of an instruction to photograph if the determining unit determines that any facial part of a person is included. If the determining unit determines that no facial part of a person is included, the acceptance unit accepts the instruction to photograph, and the determining unit determines whether or not any facial part of a person is included in an image photographed in accordance with the instruction to photograph. The photographic device has a processing unit that performs processing to conceal any facial part of a person contained in the photographed image if the determining unit determines that any such facial part of a person is included in the photographed image.
