This analog-digital converter comprises: a comparator having a pair of differential input terminals; and first and second capacitive elements respectively provided to the differential input terminals. The first capacitive element includes a plurality of first sub capacitive elements that are mutually connected in parallel. The second capacitive element includes a plurality of second sub capacitive elements that are mutually connected in parallel. The first and second sub capacitive elements are arranged across a plurality of columns so as to be mixed within each column.
