PURPOSE: A process of preparing cold noodles using Sorbus commixta Hedl., Hovenia dulcis Thunb. and Acanthopanax sessiliflorus Seem. is provided. Whereby, the cold noodles and broth have an effect on promoting a vital function of a human body while removing toxicity caused by various pollutants. CONSTITUTION: A mixed powder of 10% by weight of Sorbus commixta Hedl., 10% by weight of Hovenia dulcis Thunb. and 10% by weight of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus Seem. is blended with 10% by weight of wheat flour and 20% by weight of starch, kneaded and then steamed to produce noodles. The stalks and roots of Sorbus commixta Hedl., Hovenia dulcis Thunb. and Acanthopanax sessiliflorus Seem. are boiled for 4hr or more, added with seasonings and then boiled for 30min or more to produce broth. |
