PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the elasticity of a mattress from being damaged by easily folding the mattress for water bed at a prescribed spot when this is applied to a gatch bed. SOLUTION: A mattress 1 for water bed forms a water-proof layer 9 on the surfaces of upper woven fabric 7 and lower woven fabric 7 linked by a lot of link threads 6 through resin coating processing or the like and forms a water storage part 5 by sealing its surrounding with a side seal member 4, and the inside of this water storage part 5 is filled with water. Besides, the length of a link thread 6d is shortened along with a prescribed folding line (d) and the mattress is easily folded along with this folding line (d) and applied as the water mattress for the gatch bed, for example. |
