<p>Electrostatic dust separator consists of vertical electrode bars with joints and placed at a transverse pitch by means of horizontal bars and cross bars perpendicular to the electrode wall. The horizontal and cross bars can be hollow thus reducing the weight and be of a circular, square or rectangular cross section. The reduction in the length of each electrode section reduces the height to width ratio from 20:1 to 6:1, thus increasing the stability of the electrodes even with localized temp. disturbances.</p> |
