<p>The driving or driven type of machine may be used as a motor, meter etc. for rotary action using fluid pressure or as a suction/delivery pump used in circulating fluid. It has an internal eccentric rotor (7) in an external second rotor (4). The eccentric mounting provides a constant tangential point (9) between the two rotors. The rotor axes are fixed and a blade (10) is pivoted at each end on the two rotors. The tangential point is between two sealed, variable, chambers (12,13), one being connected to a fluid source (14).</p> |
