The insulation modular plate can find application in sound and heat insulation of different premises: residential, studios, industrial projects, for the construction of green-houses and industrial gardens. The inner part of the plate is hollow and in vacuum thus guaranteeing safe insulation. Vacuumization is made in a simplified method and the connection of the plates to each other is facilitated. The insulation plate is a hollow geometrical figure (1) having a central hole with threading and radial holes (6) fabricated in it. Screw (3) is wound in the central hole in such a way that is does not close the radial holes (6). Plate (1) is connected to the vacuumization system (8) and after the vacuumization the screw (3) is tightened to a rest.
