PURPOSE:To obtain a nutritive food composition having improved physiologically active performance such as increase in physical strength, recovery of fatigue, energy promotion, stress elimination, etc., by using octacosanol and pantothenic acid or its salt as active ingredients. CONSTITUTION:A blend comprising 1pt.wt. octacosanol, 0.1-20pts.wt., preferably 0.5-10pts.wt. pantothenic acid or its salt such as sodium pantothenate, and, if necessary, other vitamins as active ingredients is added to various foods, or made into gelatin capsule, tablet, drink agent, etc.
