PURPOSE:To enable exact and quick reproduction with good controllability by transferring information by photopolymn. further to a non-flexible substrate from a synthetic resin substrate to which the information is transferred by the photopolymn. from a master medium. CONSTITUTION:Since the synthetic resin substrate 22 adhered by curing with a 1st photosetting resin 21 is used as a stamper 23, the stamper 23 has flexibility. Foam can, therefore, be pushed out of a 2nd photosetting resin 16 by exerting pressure partially to the 2nd photosetting resin 16 between said stamper 23 and the non-flexible substrate 15 by deflecting the stamper 23 even if the non-flexible substrate 15 is used as the substrate of an information recording medium. The foam can be pushed out of the 2nd photosetting resin even if the non-flexible substrate is used as the substrate of the information recording medium in the above-mentioned manner; therefore, the reproduction is exactly executed.
