PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of connections by adhering metaric particles additionally on the surface of macromolecular nuclei of conductive particles substantially coated with a thin metaric layer. CONSTITUTION:As for the material for a macromoleucular nucleus 1 various plastics such as epoxy resin or rubber materials such as styrene-butadiene rubber and natural macromolecular materials such as cellulose can be used. As for the element for a metaric thin layer 2 and a metalic particle 4 Ni, Ag, Au, Sn, Cu can be used basing upon the conductivity and the corrosion resistivity. To adhere the metaric particles 3 to metal coated particle, after treating the surface of both or one kind of particles with chelating agent such as EDTA or coupling agent of various kinds such as silan, aluminum or titanium and dilute solution of adhesive agent both kinds of particles are mixed and adhered to each other. Thereby the contact area of the macromolecular nucleus can be enlarged to improve the reliability of connections.
