PURPOSE:To manage information, which is transferred from a center to a user terminal, from the center. CONSTITUTION:At an ISDN, a signal channel is formed between the user terminal and the center before forming an information channel, and a call connecting procedure is provided to exchange user/user information on this signal channel. In this control procedure, control information concerning information management to copy the information between the center and the user or to inhibit/ release re-editing is exchanged between the center and the user terminal and even concerning the information transferred to the user terminal, it can be managed from the center. |
