<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device driving a large horn by connecting plural converters at an input surface of the horn. SOLUTION: Plural piezoelectric electroacoustic transducers 10 and 11 are connected mechanically to the horn 14 so that an ultrasonic vibration is applied to the horn, and each transducer 10 and 11 is energized in parallel with a common power source 28. A balanced transformer 30 is connected at a circuit of each transducer 10 and 11 so that a generation of a circulating current between the transducers 10 and 11 is evaded. The capacitors 32 and 34 connected in series are provided in order to reduce a capacitance of a circuit to a desired value for securing a resonance state since a capacitance of the whole circuit is increased by using the piezoelectric transducers 10 and 11 connected in parallel.</p> |
