PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a coating loss and securely ensure waterproofness with high efficiency to perform in-plant coating by applying a larger amount of coating to a cut groove part than the amount to be applied to a non-cut part and leaving a piano wire cut face pattern as a ground untouched on the non-cut part. SOLUTION: The inclination of a row of wind jet blow-off nozzles 3, for example, is set about 40±about 30 deg. with a linear proceeding direction and also the angle of the row of the nozzles 3 is set about 30-about 80 deg. with a horizontal plane. An ALC plate 5 with a lattice-like designed groove is conveyed. Further, an acrylic emulsion coating is applied to the ALC plate 5 with the help of a flow coater 1 and the coating is poured into the designed groove by blowing an air from the wind jet blow-off nozzles 3. In addition, a coat is again formed by a flow coater 4. Thus the amount of coating applied to a cut groove part is increased over that applied to a non-cut part, so that the ratio of the amounts of coating of these parts is (1.2:1)-(2:1). In addition, the non-cut part is coated leaving a piano wire cut face pattern untouched as a ground. Consequently, it is possible to enhance the waterproofness and shorten a drying time.
