METHOD OF PREPARING ISOBUTYLENE BY SKELETON ISOMERIZATION OF N-BUTYLENES, CATALYST FOR CARRYING INTO EFFECT AND METHOD OF PREPARING CATALYST (VARIANTS)

FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: method comprises preparing isobutylene by skeleton isomerization of n- butylenes by contacting mixture containing water and n- butylenes at molar ratio for 0.5-10 with fluorine and aluminium oxide based catalyst at 350-550 C and pressure of 1-5 atm. Process is carried out using skeleton isomerization catalyst comprising 5-15 wt. % of surface compounds of formula: wherein n is 1 or 2, dispersed on aluminium oxide. Content of elements in catalyst is as follows wt.%: fluorine, 2-10; silicon oxide, 0.5-3.15; and aluminium oxide, the balance.
