<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the weight lifting height of a lifter, while reducing the driving force of a winch by using a counter weight, and to move the lifter up and down stably. SOLUTION: The middle part of a weight lifting wire 34 is hung down between fixing sheaves 38 and 38a installed to a temporary roof structure 12, and this middle part is wound on the movable sheaves 40 and 40a provided to a lifter 32, so as to hang down it as the way of a running block. A counter weight 44 is provided in parallel with the lifter 32, one end side 34a of the weight lifting wire 34 is connected to the counter weight 44, and the other end side 34b is inserted to a vertical through hole 44a movable relatively, and it is wound on a weight lifting winch 36 set on the ground G. To the inside of the counter weight 44 where the weight lifting wire 34 is inserted to the vertical through hole 44a, a wire clamp 46 to lock the weight lifting wire 34 to the counter weight 44, or to release its lock, is provided.</p> |
