PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate inspection or the like of a delivery pipe line extending from a hydraulic pump to a control valve in a back hoe. SOLUTION: A revolving base turnably supported around the vertical axis is installed on a traveling body and an engine 13 is arranged at the rear part of the revolving base and a control valve 17 controlling various hydraulic implements is disposed at one right or left side of the revolving base and a hydraulic pump 15 is disposed at the side of the engine 13 in the other side of the revolving base. A delivery pipe line extending from the hydraulic pump 15 to the control valve 17 is constituted of a metallic tube 59 crossing the arrangement space of the engine 13, a hydraulic hose 57 connecting one end of the metallic tube 59 and the hydraulic pump 15, and a hydraulic hose 58 connecting the other end of the metallic tube 59 and the control valve 17.
