PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an architectural structure having a steel-made footing beam, which is high in corrosion resistance, labour saving, low cost and short in construction period, and a construction method for the beam. SOLUTION: A steel slug 7 and/or a blast furnace slug are arranged around a lower part side of a steel-made footing beam 5, and an earth floored concrete 9 contacting with the steel made slug 7 and/or the blast furnace slug is placed in an upper side of the steel-made footing beam 5.
