DRIVER-UNIFIED PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: A plasma display panel with a unified driver circuit is provided to be capable of stabilizing an operation of the unified driver circuit by using a metal panel as the ground of a driving circuit. CONSTITUTION: A barrier rip(68) is to divide each discharge cell, and an address electrode(60) is formed at a lower part of the barrier rip(68). The first insulation film(64) is stacked on the lower part of the barrier rip(68) so as to isolate the address electrode(60) and a metal substrate(62) electrically. The metal substrate(62) is attached on a lower part of the first insulation film(64). A driver circuit(74) is stacked on a lower part of the metal substrate(62) and supplies a driving waveform to the address electrode(60). The driver circuit(74) and the metal substrate(62) are electrically isolated by the second insulation film(66). A plurality of via holes(70) are formed in the metal substrate(62), so that the driver circuit(74) is connected to a ground voltage with the metal substrate.
