PURPOSE: A device and a method for diluting the condensate water of a condensing boiler are provided to degrade the acidity of the condensate water by automatically supplying water to the condensate water depending on the electrical conductivity of the condensate water in a condensate water gutter. CONSTITUTION: A method for diluting the condensate water of a condensing boiler comprises the steps of measuring the electric conductivity of the condensate water in a condensate water gutter using an electrical conductivity sensor(S10); deciding the acidity of the condensate water based on the electrical conductivity(S20); calculating the amount of water to be supplied to dilute the condensate water(S30); and supplying water to the condensate water gutter by operating a water supply valve(S40).
