摘要 PURPOSE:To automatically adjust the optical path of laser beam. CONSTITUTION:In a laser beam robot, the laser beam is guided from a laser beam oscillator to a laser beam output nozzle by a plurality of reflecting means 2c, 2d, 2e which can change the respective set angles, and can be moved in the direction to be brought close to or separated from each other, and the machining is executed by irradiating the laser beam converged by a converging means 3 upon a work. A position sensor 9 is mounted on a laser beam output nozzle 4, and the quantity of fluctuation of the spot S of the laser beam when the reflecting means 2e and the converging means 3 are actuated (linear movement and/or rotation) is measured by the position sensor 9, and the optical path of the laser beam is automatically adjusted by correcting the set angle of the reflecting means 2e based on the measured value.
