PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility when a wiring electrode is disposed on a transparent plate such as a glass pane in a pinball machine. SOLUTION: The transparent wiring electrode 14 is stacked on the surface of the glass pane 5b; a transparent insulator 17a (for example, a multilayer film of SiO<SB>2</SB>and TiO<SB>2</SB>) having transmission and reflectivity same to those of the wiring electrode 14 is pattern-formed on the whole area except for the wiring electrode 14; and a transparent insulator 17b is formed on the wiring electrode 14 and the transparent insulator 17a. The transmission and the reflectivity of the wiring electrode 14 and those of the area without wiring electrode 14 are same, so that the wiring electrode 14 becomes invisible for the player while improving the visibility of a game ball 6, a game board 1 and the like in the back face of the glass pane 5b.
