<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit which can be laid out in a small space. <P>SOLUTION: Scanning signal transfer circuits 31_1L to 31_241L including first transistors 46b_1L to 4b6_242L which connect one-end sides of the respective scanning lines to clock signals CK1 and CK2 transferring scanning signals of the respective scanning lines and scanning signal transfer circuits 31_1R to 31_241R including second transistors 48b_1R to 48b_242R which connect other-end sides to low-level power sources Vgl of the respective scanning lines are arranged on both sides corresponding to both the ends of the respective scanning lines, one to one, so that the first transistors and second transistors are separately connected to both the ends of the respective scanning lines, one to one. The first and second transistors operate in pairs simultaneously based upon timings of the clock signals to scan the respective scanning lines. Further, an output signal exclusively for a transfer circuit output in scanning timing of each scanning line is used as at least one of input signals of the scanning signal transfer circuit based upon the timing of the clock signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
