PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip capable of definitely enlarging an enlarged diameter portion of a bush and shortening the length of the bush. SOLUTION: The clip 1 is composed of a pin 2 and the hollow bush 3 to receive the pin. A barrel 9 of the bush 3 is cut off at an opening 13 to receive a pin shaft 5 in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction. The barrel 9 and a bush flange 10 can be radially outward enlarged in diameter at a position opposite to the opening as a hinge. An overhanging section 21 of the pin shaft 5 contains a tip side narrow portion not to enlarge the outer diameter of the barrel 9 in an unfastened position (A), and a bush flange side wide portion to enlarge the outer diameter of the barrel in a fastened position (B).
