PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance element capable of exhibiting improved attenuation characteristics over a wide band without providing any ground terminals. SOLUTION: The inductance element 14a is formed by winding covered conductors 17, 18 to an assembly where a toroidal magnetic core 15 is built into a ring-like insulating case 16 up to a part of the way, and then winding coaxial lines 17a, 18a where central conductors are connected around the conductors of the covered conductors 17, 18. More specifically, the conductors of the covered conductors 17, 18 and the central conductors of the coaxial lines 17a, 18a function as inductors. The outer conductors of the coaxial lines 17a, 18a may be fixed to, for example a terminal block (not shown), or the like, but need not be grounded electrically, thus dispensing with providing any ground terminals.
