PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency connector which can be easily connected with a side or an upper surface of a printed circuit board and provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The high-frequency connector 10 is provided with a cylindrical part 11 in the center of which a pin receiving part 15a is provided, a pin terminal 15 which is connected with the pin receiving part 15a and is projected from a center of a bottom side of the cylindrical part 11, and fixing terminals 12 which are provided in parallel with the pin terminal 15 from the bottom side of the cylindrical part 11 and is connected with the printed circuit board 21. A pair of fixing terminals are arranged to face each other in a predetermined distance to pinch a side of the printed circuit board 21 and the printed circuit board 21 pinched by the pair of the fixing terminals 12 is arranged to contact with the pin terminal 15.
