A working machine according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main control valve to control the flow of hydraulic oil which moves an operating cylinder to raise and descend a working part; a switch control valve to control pilot pressure oil to operate the main control valve; a position detecting part to detect a position of the work part; and a control part to receive an electric signal from a manipulator which controls a position of the working part, and to reduce the pilot pressure oil by controlling the switch control valve to reduce the raising speed or the descending speed of the working part when the position of the working part is within a threshold range based on the maximum height or the minimum height. The working machine according to the present invention may prevent an impact to the working machine based on unexpected stop in an end position in controlling a boom by controlling the spool of the boom with controlling a lever regardless of the position of the boom, by preventing the occurrence of the impact in a cabin with the raising speed of the boom, and without changing the driving habit of a driver. The working machine may improve work efficiency by preventing an influence on the operating performance of a bucket installed in the boom by maintaining the flux of the operating pump controlling the boom. The working machine may improve the work efficiency by reducing work fatigue by reducing an impact delivered to the worker by preventing the impact of the work machine generated by the unexpected stop. |
