PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stabile high tolerance in alumina-carbon slide plate by stably suppressing damage in an edge part due to heat spalling upon heating 2 surfaces of the slide plate.SOLUTION: An alumina-carbon slide plate of the present invention has a chemical composition which is composed of 1 to 20 mass% of ZrOcontent, 0.5 to 4.5 mass% of SiOcontent, 1 to 10 mass% of C content, 2.5 mass% or less (comprising zero) in total content of FeO, TiO, MgO, CaO, VO, 6.5 mass% or less (comprising zero) of the component other than ZrO, SiO, C, FeO, TiO, MgO, CaO, VO, NaO and AlO, 0.2 mass% or less (comprising zero) of NaO content, and the balance AlO.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
