PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill capable of suppressing lamp soot from being discharged out while having simple constitution and also suppressing energy consumption.SOLUTION: Operation control means F for controlling combustion of a grill burner 9 is configured to perform fire force adjustment control to put fire force adjusting means 16U, 16S in operation so as to adjust the fire force of a grill burner 9 to a force corresponding to target fire force set by a fire force setting means, and to perform damped-down fire force adjustment control to put the fire force adjusting means 16U, 16S in operation instead of the fire force adjustment control when a damped-down fire force operation mode is commanded so as to adjust the fire force of the grill burner according to the amplitude of the target fire force set by the fire force setting means while making fire force when the target fire force is smaller than the fire force adjusted under the fire force adjustment control within at least a fire force large-side range within a change range of the target fire force. |
