PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance accuracy of an optical element in a method for manufacturing the optical element, a mold set for molding the optical element, and an apparatus for manufacturing the optical element.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an optical element includes a heating step of heating a molding material M in the noncontact state with a pair of molding dies 11, 12 between the pair of molding dies 11, 12, in a state held by a holding part (14) unmovably with an unchangeable attitude, a pressurizing step of pressurizing the heated molding material M by the pair of molding dies 11, 12, and a cooling step of cooling the pressurized molding material M. |
