1. A method for identifying a subject as sensitive to or likely sensitive to oats, the method comprising:
a) determining a T cell response to a barley peptide in a sample comprising a T cell from the subject; and b) identifying the subject as
(i) sensitive to or likely sensitive to oats if the T cell response to the barley peptide is elevated compared to a control T cell response, or(ii) not sensitive to or likely not sensitive to oats if the T cell response to the barley peptide is reduced compared to the control T cell response or the same as the control T cell response. |
