PURPOSE:To provide stable permanent magnet powder of high coercive force by making it consist of transient metal, semi-metal element and rare earth element and also of crystal grain of the size of amorphous recrystallization grain. CONSTITUTION:To provide permanent magnet powder, having high coercive force consisting of transient metal T, semi metal element M and rare earth element R, which contains crystal grain of the size of amorphous recrystallization grain. The composition of the powder is represented with an equation (T1-xMx)2R1-2, with 0.01<=x<=0.28 and 0.35<=z<=0.89. T is combined with one or more kinds of elements selected from Fe, Ni, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Cu, Zr, Nb, Mo, or Hf. M is combined with one or more kinds of B, Si, P or C, and R is combined with one or more kinds of Y or lanthanides element. |
