A computer system of the present invention includes: a server computer; a first storage device having a first storage medium; a second storage device having a second storage medium which differs from the first storage medium; and a storage controller which is connected to the server computer via PCI-Express and which is connected to the first and second storage devices. The storage controller provides a logical volume; obtains information of the first or second storage medium allocated to the logical volume; and, on the basis of the obtained information, sets to the logical volume either a first path which is accessed by a command that conforms to a first standard or a second path which is accessed by a command that conforms to a second standard. |
