The present invention provides an apparatus for detaching a wire for lifting a pile and a pile installation method using the same which prevent a wire from tangling into a casing to be caught between a pile and the casing when embedding the pile in the casing after lifting the pile using the wire. The apparatus for detaching a wire for lifting a pile comprises: a body enclosing an outer circumference of a pile embedded in a casing inserted into the ground; and a wire binding unit which is bound to a pile lifting wire tied to the pile. An inner diameter of the body is larger than an outer diameter of the pile and smaller than an inner diameter of the casing in which the pile is embedded. An outer diameter of the body is larger than the inner diameter of the casing. |
