发明名称 HEART SYNCHRONOUS PULSE LASER DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE: To reduce risks by elevating precision at a specified time point within cardiac pulsation cycles to start laser so as to respond to a trigger pulse and to irradiate the heart during its beating period of time directed by the width of and at the time indicated by the position of the trigger pulse. CONSTITUTION: An electrocardiographic signal 16 is transmitted to a trigger generator 18 which activates a laser device 24 by affording a laser start circuit 22 with a trigger pulse 20 and which generates pulse laser beams entering an optical handpiece 28 by way of an optical joint arm 26 in order to perforate a hole 30 in the heart 14. The position of the trigger pulse within the heartbeat cycle of the electrocardiographic signal 16 is determined by a pulse positioning circuit 32 and the width of the trigger pulse 20 and the pulse duration time during the cardiac pulsation cycles are determined by a pulse width circuit 34. Marker pulses 52a, 52b and 52c are generated where a wave-form R crosses a threshold value 58 and the trigger pulses 20a, 20b and 20c are generated by the trigger pulse circuit.
