PURPOSE:To obtain an intermediate product for a handmade paste food by setting a roller for holding a food material below an intermediate position of a roller for rounding the food material, having formed a food material rounding part in the middle of a pair of rollers and rotating these rollers in the same direction. CONSTITUTION:A food material rounding part is formed at the intermediate part of a pair of rollers 2a and 2b of the same shape by assembling the pair of the rollers at the same position in the shaft direction along the whole circumference of a circle. A roller 3 for holding a food material is installed below the intermediate position of the roller for rounding the food material so as to the tower opening or the food material rounding part and these rollers are rotated in the same direction. |
