PURPOSE:To carry out accurate stock control and correction of articles by providing an in-rack stock file, in-period in/out stock condition file and a stocktaking actual record file in a control unit. CONSTITUTION:A part stock control system 111 comprises an in/out stock system 112, stocktaking system, etc. A stock master file is formed of regions of a control record and a data record. Further, the data record comprises an in-rack stock, in-period in/out stock condition and a stocktaking actual record. In an in-period in/out stock condition file, a number of instock times, instock amount, number of outstock times outstock amount are recorded. In an outstock command for stocktaking, two kinds of normal outstock stock taking and part item assigned stocktaking are provided. The normal outstock stocktaking is the stocktaking for confirming and correcting a residual number of outstocks at normal outstock work time, and the item assigned stocktaking is the stocktaking for periodically assigning the individual items by separating a time band from the normal outstock. In this way, since the stock can be always grasped and corrected, the stock can be accurately controlled. |
