PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which stops automatically the fall of a slide when a press is stopped by detecting the descending of the slide from the rotation of a roll, generating a pulse therefrom and actuating a relay to operate a main pump stopping circuit. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 2 is attached to a slide 1 and a rubber roll 3 is attached to the top end thereof, in a hydraulic press device. As the slide 1 descends, the roll 3 rotates and when a pulse disc 5 is rotated by a belt 4, a proximity switch 6 operates. The output of the switch 6 is inputted via a rise detector 7 and a fall detector 8 to an OR logic 9, and is transmitted via an AND logic 10 to a relay 11. Then a main pump stopping circuit operates to stop the fall of the slide 1. While a run button 15 is kept pushed, there is no output from an AND logic 14 and therefore even if the slide 1 descends, the logic 10 does not open. |
