PURPOSE:To improve turning performance of a vehicle by engaging the first or second hydraulic clutch by a pressure of oil generated by a difference between delivery amounts of the first/second oil hydraulic pumps connected to the first/second output shafts respectively, so as to distribute more torque by a turning outer wheel. CONSTITUTION:In a power transmitting device for a vehicle providing an input gear 2 in an input shaft 1, extended from a transmission M, meshed with a ring gear 4 of a differential gear D to connect its sun gear 5 to the first output shaft 9L and a planetary carrier 6 to the second output shaft 9R, the first hydraulic clutch CL for transmitting torque from an output shaft PL to PR is provided. The second hydraulic clutch CR for transmitting torque from the output shaft PR to PL is provided. By a difference between delivery amounts, increased in accordance with decreasing a turning radius, of the first/second oil hydraulic pumps PL, PR driven to be connected to each output shaft PL, PR, when provided a small turning radius, engaging force of the hydraulic clutches CL, CR is increased.
